Treat the anxiety: Anxiety can present with feelings of stress and tension. Musculoskeletal pain and tenderness and other physical symptoms may accompany anxiety. Getting treated for the anxiety therefore helps to alleviate associated physical symptoms. Adding some physical workouts also helps the anxiety.
