Will my sacrum fracture heal ok if i go back to work after 4 weeks? i've just had 15 days bed rest, painkillers for 10 days, calcium supplements.

Depends: It depends in part on the nature of the fracture itself. Some sacral fractures do require prolonged bed rest, particularly if they affect the sacral iliac joint. Other sacral fractures allow mobilization as soon as the patient is comfortable. Check with your doctor. Thank you for the question.
