It's complicated.: Not sure how you have been "treated"? Oral contraceptives help regulate cycles but obviously not indicated if you want a pregnancy. The drug metformin is often very useful in treating pcod and improves both cycle regularity and seems to improve fertility. You need to have a good gynecologist and also possibly an endocrinologist on your team to maximize your chances for a baby. Good luck.

Very difficult: This is a very complex disease and pregnancy is problematic. Since each patient with this condition can differ greatly from others, would check with the gynecologist treating you to ascertain their assessment of your likely fertility. Good luck.
