Colposcopy: The biopsy sites are usually touched with a chemical to reduce bleeding. This will give the discharge you describe.

Probably OK: This is likely due to the medicine the doctor put at the biopsy site to stop bleeding (silver nitrate or monsel solution) and/or to the tissue at the biopsy bed sloughing off.
