8-9 days after biopsy. continued bleeding is not normal and you should contact the doctor who performed the procedure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Yes, the "coffee grounds" discharge is ole blood from the previous biopsy sites. It should stop soon, and if it turns to bright red bleeding again, contact your Colposcopy MD.
