A member asked:

What does it mean if you have palpitations during pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Perhaps normal?: It is very common during pregnancy, ~50% women develop palpitations...Unless you have underlying heart diseases such as congenital structural anomalies of your heart or other functional abnormalities, you should do just fine. It is good that you are cautious, pay attention to your symptoms and inform your gyn asap if you noticed something unusual happening to your heart! best luck to you and yours.
