Palpitation in first trimester of pregnancy in pco?

Not sure: I am not sure i understand the question. Palpitations can occur at specific times such as late at night when you are lying down. Or they can occur after drinking coffee or alcohol. In some cases they are more common during or after exercise. Sometimes the timing helps us in treatment. (if they always occur after alcohol for instance). Then you could mean how long they last, (momentary or hours).
