Post operative care: Your recent bladder cancer procedure may be a contributor to your current symptoms. Okay to start with a call to your surgeon. Fever and vomiting, need more urgent evaluation. Good luck.

Look at gallbladder: R sided and epogastric pain can be from gallbladder disease. Have your doctor evaluate gallbladder particularly if food seems to be an inciting factor. Other possibilities could be kidney problem.

Have pain in upper abdomen, lower back, vomiting, and fever. Vomiting increases pain, but pain reduced after vomiting. Heat also reduces pain.
