Pain in upper abdomen, below ribcage on the right side. unable to take deep breaths. in and out of fever. ongoing for 3 days. i dont have an appendix.

Infection: The symptoms sound very much like an infection in your gall bladder or pancreas. This could turn nasty if you sit on it for too long. There may even be an abscess forming under the diaphragm or inflammation of your liver as well. You need to go to ER immediately to get blood tests, ultrasound scan and possibly intravenous antibiotics if needed.
