Gluten intolerable, will it improve with 1year of special diet?

Yes: Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease that damages the lining of the small intestine and affects your ability to absorb nutrients. the damage is due to a reaction to eating gluten, a protein, found in wheat, barley, and rye. There are other forms of gluten intolerance, such as allergy. if you have celiac, then 1 year of gluten-free diet will improve your symptoms such as abdominal pain.

Gluten: If you had proven gluten intolerance you may see changes much earlier than 1 year. At least 6 to 9 months later the antibodies may come absent if successful.
