Several things: See a board certified re. Attend an ivf center with a published high success rate. See an ivf doc who will personally oversee all aspects of your ivf cycle rather than seeing one doc today, a different tomorrow, etc. Do full testing before starting ivf to assure all is proper for getting/staying pregnant. Acupuncture can help. See www.Reproendo.Com for more if you're interested.

Two main things: Do it at a good center. Do it sooner in life than later.

Found a good clinic: Your previous history should not be a factor in an ivf cycle. Success will depend on the experience of the clinic, the skill of the embryologist, quality of the ivf lab and to some extend, whether you are "reproductively young or reproductively old". At 30, you should still have good success rates at an experienced and successful ivf clinic. Good luck.

Several things: You can: not smoke, low alcohol, be healthy, lower stress, follow all directions carefully, go to good ivf center, ?Coq10, dhea (w direction), acupuncture. We can: make diagnosis, careful stimulation, embryology technology in lab, reduce icsi use, careful embryo transfer. Ivf is a team process with doc-embryologist collaboration. Centers with consistently high success are different. Best wishes.
