Depends: It is difficult to grade the embryos accurately on day 2 since it is so early and the embryos will undergo further changes before implantation. Of the 3 embryos one of them (4 cell) seems perfect. Statistically the chances of pregnancy at age 41 with ivf 15% - 20 % . Goody luck.

Ask your doc: Each clinic determines their own success rates. Pregnancy rates vary considerably from clinic to clinic. For example, we always transfer on day 3 and day 5, so i would have trouble giving you a comparable success rate. However, in general, embryos should be 4 cells on day 2 and the smaller embryos are likely of lower quality. The us national average for 41 yo = 12%. Best wishes.
