Very good: In-vitro success is very good. Oligospermia occasionally requires intracytoplasmic insertion of sperm.

Sperm count: Oligospermia simply means a low sperm count. Many of these sperm may be normal so doing ivf and icsi (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) will easily overcome this obstacle and allow men to have the families they want.
