Healthy ones: No specific diet is better than any other, so long as both are nutritionally sound. There are no fertility diets or ivf diets. A reasonable number of calories from healthy foods, avoid junk , limit caffeine and alcohol, avoiding tobacco contribute to overall health. Women who are Insulin resistant may benefit from a low-glycemic-index diet, but this is for health and weight, not fertility.

Same diet as: you would if you were pregnant. No smoking, alcohol, or caffeine. Avoid raw/uncooked meat and fish. Vegetarian diet is always preferable.
