How to improve egg quality to increase success rate of ivf? thank you

It's difficult: Improving egg quality is very difficult since it is inherent to the ovary itself. Some thoughts are that acupuncture may help and also coq10; great improvement of poor quality unfortunately relies upon usage of donor eggs.
