Everything in pelvis: It has higher resolution than pelvic ultrasound (which is more commonly used). It can settle unclear pelvic ultrasounds, and can detect certain areas, conditions better than ultrasound (ex. Adenomyosis). More accurately determines the number, distribution of fibroids as well and is a requirement for anyone considering avoiding hysterectomy and having their fibroids treated with embolization (ufe).
