Unsure: While the majority of women with pcos are overweight, and losing weight will cause many of them to resume normal cycles - it is not 100%. Some women with pcos are not the least bit overweight and still have pcos and irregular cycles, likewise some women who are overweight can lose down to ideal body weight and still not have regular cyles due to persistent pcos. It is treatable, see your doctor.

Probably nothing: Congratulations on the weight loss. Sometimes even when we do all the right things, our bodies still need help from medications. Don't give up on the diet and weight loss, though.
