Intestinal disorder: Concern for gastritis, peptic ulcer, and irritable bowel syndrome (ibs). Make sure test shows no blood in stool. If antacids and food make temporarily better think of peptic ulcer. If accompanied by cramps and either a pattern of frequent loose stools or repetative constipation think ibs. Stop coffee, alcohol and products with aspirin.
