Heartburn comes to mind, sometimes worsened by specific foods, especially if acidic or spicy. Sometimes this improves w/over-the-counter calcium, H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitor (ask pharmacist for options). If pain persists or gets worse, go see your family doc.
