Lipoma?: The "fatty lump" may be lipoma, which is unrelated to your raynaud's. However if your raynauds is worsening, that is reason enough to see your doctor.

unrelated: Raynaud's disease is due to spasm of the muscular lining of the blood vessels due to temperature extremes. The fatty lump on your fight is probably a benign lipoma. If indeed you feel your raynaud's has gotten worse, it is completely unrelated to the presence of a lump. If the lump is causing your symptoms, i would consider having it removed.
