Is there any medication or vitamins to reduce frequancy of nocturnal emission in married males?

No: It is normal and only increasing sex will stop it.

It's good for you: Listen friend. At age 35, you should be proud of being a man, and all of the healthy things that go with it. Only having intercourse more frequently, or enjoying your body when you're by yourself, will reduce the frequency of these events -- but there's no health reason to do so. Perhaps you can talk as a couple about the most intimate aspects of your marriage. Best wishes.
