Find out why irreg.: With irregular cycles you're not ovulating (releasing an egg) regularly. Vitamins don't help this but when ttc take a prenatal vitamin with at least 800 mcg of folic acid. See an ob/gyn or fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinologist) to find the cause and help you to get pregnant - could be polycystic ovaries (pcos), thyroid or other hormonal problems, low hormone levels or low egg supply.
