A member asked:

Hi, my friend had asthma but rarely attacking. she had some spray medicine but rarely use it coz if too often can intensify the attack, is that true?

Unlikely: Asthma inhalers help open the airways in acute attacks. Not sure about the particular situation of your friend but if she waits too long to use the inhaler for an attack, she may not respond to it as quickly as expected. She needs to discuss her treatment with her doctor.
