Fluticasone: Nasal spray can help asthma symptoms indirectly by controlling upper airway chronic inflammation, which impacts asthma, but if you were prescribed asthma controller medicines, you need to take them too on regular basis as prescribed to help control upper and lower airways inflammation, which is the hallmark for all asthma symptoms/complications, and not rely on nasal Fluticasone alone

Possibly: Asthma that is allergy triggered can be positively affected by fluticasone. Of course, avoidance of the "trigger" (if possible) is even better. Air conditioning (HEPA filters) dust mite proof covers on bedding. removal of carpeting- especially if cats and dogs were involved could all help Good luck
