Allergies: Have you tried anti- histaminics ( systemic) and topical steroids ( nasal). Ask your pediatrician. This combination works for most of my patients with similar issues. If nose bleeds persist despite above therapy for two weeks; then need to work up for hematologist disorder as well as ENT for a bleeder in nose.
