? chronic sinusitis : Dark circles under eyes, called shiners, can be a sign of upper airway congestion or inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses, chronic sinusitis may remain silent 4 sometime but tends to flare up and flare other symptoms as chronic cough, blood work would still be normal , needs evaluation by her doctor who might refer her to an allergist/ENT specialist.
