6 year old sons blood sugar was 123, 2 hours post breakfast he had a fried egg and 2 slices of white bread,keeping a close eye on him as he is eating alot these days.not diabetic, is the value fine?he is usually 130 2 hours post & comes down 3rd hour

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the values seem okay, but if you are concerned about diabetes, you need to test fasting blood glucose and A1c level Wish you and your son good health!
