I am on paxidep 12.5 (maintenance) for the past yr. i feel as if i am relapsing since last wek. my doc is on leave . what do i do? please help.

Contact doc's office: Most docs when away arrange with another doc to cover for the practice. Contact doc's office/answering service to find out who covering doc is & call that doc. Otherwise u may have to go to urgent care center to get temporary rx of paxidep (paroxetine).

Depression: Paxidep cr (brand name for paroxetine), is a medication prescribed to treat depression, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and severe premenstrual syndrome. If prescribed by a psychiatrist they almost always have somebody to cover for them when away. If not, call around and find a new source of therapy.
