Get checked: Constipation, abdominal pain, black and white spots in the stool are very vague non-specific symptoms. Alt of 120 is concerning as it is high. If you drink alcohol, it may be related to that, so stop and get it rechecked. If that's not the case, i'd press on and have your doc do further work up - first recheck it. If still elevated, i'd go with hepatitis panel, liver ultrasound, etc.

Depends: If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. If you are overweight, lose weight. Talk you doctor about repeating the test in 3-6 months and getting tested for hepatitis.
