What symptoms: Multiple sclerosis is a disorder of the central nervous, the brain and spinal cord of unknown etiology, due to inflamation of the nerves. You can have pain with multiple sclerosis, usually due to involvement of the spinal cord. Hard to answer question without knowing what you mean by symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Too many potential symptoms to list here.

See below: MS diagnosis based on history and physical exam findings, and is confirmed usually on MRI studies or spinal fluid analysis. Important to emphasize that "symptoms" can be protean and not clearly related to any specific entity in many cases. You describe issues with bones and organs. Suggest having your primary care doctor assess this first.
