A member asked:

As a general rule of thumb, how long would i be in hospital for cuboid surgery? (painful bone island, sclerosis and remodelling)

Probably outpatient.: It is hard to say without knowing the exact procedures to be performed as well as the surgeon's talent. These type of surgeries are routinely done as an outpatient procedure. Under special circumstances a short inpatient stay may be required. It would be best to ask your surgeon. I always advise patients to obtain a second opinion if desired.
