6 days ago i developed what i thought was a migraine. went to doc for demerol (meperidine hydrochloride) shot 2x didn't work. headache is severe on top if my head, pressure. ?

Other issues: Might be referred pain from muscles in neck and shoulder. Could be intracranial as well. Sources of help: neurologist, neuromuscularly oriented massage therapist, if no better than get a ct or MRI to rule out bad alternatives.
