Agree w Dr. Alves: Do you have difficulty in general when you are by yourself? Are you afraid of dying in a specific manner (attack, medical cause, etc.)? There is not a way to tell you why you are this way with the available information. Encourage you to see a psychologist or therapist to address this issue.
