Not sure why fearful: If you're having trouble sleeping at night. I will tell you that a LARGE part of the reason is the fact that you've been on medications for 14 years that now are no longer working for that problem. I'd've been more scared of being ON THOSE medications for so long! You should be evaluated for insomnia & have the root cause identified & addressed not just become unnecessarily dependent on more pills
