It's time to...: Of course, we doctors would have no idea what a person means when she merely says, "I have a weird feeling". However, a person who has some strange symptom that makes here think she is "gonna die" definitely needs to see her doctor. It's time to call the doctor, and give a full description of what is happening, but not just say, "I have a weird feeling."
