DMSO: Is a veterinary drug that is rarely used by humans. Sparingly at best and do not overdo it. Talk to the doc that prescribed it or a pharmacist.

Never: Dmso is used to help absorb medicine through the skin. So you should not use by itself. Most useful absorbable meds are now formulated for transdermal use.

3 time a day at 1st: Dmso is a very safe agent that often reduces pain and inflammation when applied topically. Once absorbed it's metabolized into msm, also anti-inflammatory. While there's not much research it's reasonable to try.
