Depends: Tendon injuries to the hand can be treated in a variety of ways, all dependent on the location, extent, and complicating risk factors of the injury. Physical therapy/occupational therapy, splitting/casting/bracing, medication therapy, steroid injections or surgery are usually the main treatment options. All the best!

Depends : It depends on which tendon and the portion as well as strength of the tendon that is left intact also what is the cause of the tendon rupture and if it is acute or chronic your doctor will be able to help you answer these questions and make recommendation about treatment options including surgery or immobilization and physical therapy good luck.
