Possibly: Other causes of heavy bleeding include fibroids or polyps, which wouldn't be related to your enlarged liver and spleen. However causes such as diminished Progesterone levels or problems with blood not clotting as fast as usual might be related to liver problems. It will need more testing to determine if there is a relation.
