Biopsy with endometrial endometrioid carcinoma, grade 1. light bleeding for 2 mos before the test, and stopped after the test. before bleeding, took vit b-100 and d3 3000 for ~1 mo, then 1000mg vit c for 2-3 wk. what could cause this and treatment?
