Variable: Vitreous separation and vitreous hemorrhage occur with retinal tears-causing vitreous floaters, and floaters in your vision. This can also result in hazy vision. The laser procedure helps to prevent the tear from progressing to a retinal detachment; however it does not resolve the vitreous floaters. The vitreous floaters can takes weeks to months to improve.

Much by 6weeks: Much of the clearing of blood occurs in 6 weeks, like a deep bruise. Residual floaters become less noticable over 6 months but will be still observed when say looking at white or blue backgrounds, such as snow or the sky. Against vivid colors or plaids they'll be unnoticeable.
