Subconj heme: It is most likely a subconjunctival hemorrhage. If you have a blood-red spot and your eye does not hurt and your vision is unaffected that is probably what you have. It's a broken blood vessel that will get better on its own. If you have any other symptoms besides the spot, you should see an ophthalmologist to make sure.

Is that new?: If it's new and on conjunctiva, it should be hemorrhage, and it will be absorb around 7 to 10 days.
