See the dentist: It is possible that it is flexing and causing the hydraulic pressure of the tooth to change , thereby causing you pain. See the dentist. Often the filling needs to be replaced and a flowable layer placed below the final filling material to help seal the prepared tooth structure completely. You may also have leakage around the filling. Same solution. Good luck.
