High spot: Since you had a recent filling , your filling may be a little high. If the bite is off, the tooth can become sensitive. Hitting heavy on filling can bruise the tooth socket and lead to sharp pain on chewing. Go back to dentist and have bite adjusted. Very common problem.

Maybe cracked tooth: Not enough info for exact determination. Did you have a previous filling? Old silver mercury amalgam? Deep decay? Prior sensitivity? If the dentist determines the bite is not "high" then you may have a crack in the tooth and you may need root canal treatment and subsequent placement of a crown, but only your dentist can determine the exact cause and determine the best treatment.
