No: Your vertebrae are likely not dislocated as this is a result of high-energy trauma and requires surgery for reduction and stabilization. You likely have bulging discs, which is normal in 15% of the population of your age. Physical therapy will likely help you and maybe steroid injections if pt doesn't work. Hold off on surgery, it's always the last resort and you're very young.
