Not too many: You can't take too many vitamins- it is safe to take them all- thus the concept of a multivitamin. You can take too much of a particular one, but there is a wide margin of safety. What you are taking is safe, but doses of zinc above 60 mg/day may harm some. While it is safe to take 25, 000 units a day of vit. A it may be harmful to take more than 6, 000 a day in early pregnancy, so be cautious.
