Can i use oral vitamin a/b5/zinc to reduce acne? i know vitamin a can be toxic in large doses, but accutane sounds equally toxic at therapeutic doses.

Acne therapy: Before using this combination, i would go see a dermatologist. There are many other less toxic alternatives that are very effective. You could also try over-the-counter acne treatments as well.
