What to do if i have acne. i take 400iu of vitamin e, 500mg niacin, 50mg zinc, multivitamin and fish oils, what order should i take them through the day?

Use a real Rx: Forgive my frankness. Beyond an economical multivitamin-with-minerals, these "health pills" are worthless for acne and are probably not doing you much good in any other way. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician who can add something that will. Best wishes.
