Fainting is typically caused by a vasovagal reaction. Most Dr's are trained in treating this. Make sure if your child is receiving a vaccine, that she remains sitting for at least 30 minutes for observation, and if she starts to feel faint, the Dr will have her put her head down by her knees or lay her down. Alert the Dr prior to any injections so they are prepared.
