Not loved but: 4 yo kids don't like shots & will certainly react badly if not told ahead of time. As long as you handle it ok & tell them all kids must get them, they get through it. There is no evidence that this is too many shots at one time & i fine the idea of spreading them out abusive.The immune stress of the combination together is much less than the single smallpox vaccine we used to get years ago.

Combo Vaccines : There is a combination vaccines available if the number of shots is concerning . Kinrix ( contains : dtap+ipv) mmrv(contains : mmr+varivax) so the child could receive as low as 2 shots instead of 4 in one visit . There is no risk of all 4 shots given together . The efficacy of combined vaccines is similar to the individual componants . Thank you.
