Call Pediatrician: Likely safe to start with glycerin suppository (can ask pharmacist where to find in drug store, are over-the-counter). If no bm, pediatrician may need to help w/age-appropriate laxative.

Have him evaluated: If the fever is greater than 102, you might want to have his pediatrician evaluate him. Bowel movements aren't as important n an illness as wet diapers. That will measure if he is sufficiently hydrated. If no bm, can try prune juice. Probably not a big enough problem yet to start a medicine.
